COVID-19 UPDATE

We hope this announcement reaches you in good health.
We have taken time to plan and make temporary changes to work alongside government guidelines.

In line with government guidance we have implemented:
-Separate entrances/exits
-Secluded show area to allow social distancing where possible.
-Contactless payments system in place.
-Perspex screen installed at till area
-Use of Hand Sanitizer is available
-Increased Anti-Viral cleaning on all surfaces.
-Separate warehouse and customer collection area.
-Separate Waiting room/payment area.

SERVICES WE ARE CURRENTLY OPERATING
– Consultation and enquiries. 
-Pre order taking.
-Collections/FREE local delivery on stock/remnants.
-Fitting Enquiries via a 3rd party fitting team.

Our ‘Choose@Home visit & measuring’ service is now available if you wish to book us in for a free home visit (samples brought to your home will be limited), following a home visit you can always book an appointment at the showroom to browse our full selection of products. If visiting the showroom without a home visit, it is advised customers bring along any measurements they may have so we can price accordingly. (We can offer over the phone advice on how to measure an area if required).

Thanks for your patience and continued support, hopefully these are only temporary measures and we can bring our full service back to normal soon, subject to Government guidelines.
